We felt there was a need for a Flat Fee MLS
Listing Company that offers great service at a great price.
Also, we specifically developed this website to allow sellers to
conduct their transaction 100% online.
We continuously update our website to make this process as easy as possible
for our clients.
Our goal is to be better than the industry
standard, and to hopefully, set a new industry standard. In
fact, in the short time we have been operating, we have already
seen competitors lower their price, copy our website content,
copy our advertising content and offer similar
services. Our
belief is once sellers become aware of our company, then we will
become the industry leader.
