In addition to Realtor.com, each MLS participates in reciprocal
programs with Partner Websites in an effort to offer the
most exposure to our clients. We do not have editorial control
over these sites and cannot effect the way a listing is displayed on
them. Therefore we cannot guarantee their
reliability and they are subject to
change without prior notice.
Before listings
are available to Partner websites, the MLS must first approve
the listing, which can take up to 24 hours. It is up to the
Partner websites to choose what time of day and how often to download
listings. Most Partner Websites do not update listings on the
weekends. Therefore, if your listing is submitted on a
Saturday, then it is possible that your listing may not appear on a
Partner Websites until Monday or Tuesday.
