everybody needs a Yard Sign and that is why we do not include it
in our listing fee. This is one more way we keep our costs
down and we pass that along to the consumer.

We recommend that you
customize your sign: such as including the MLS number, your
property's address or a Domain Name if you have a web page set up
for your property.
All signs are 18" x 24" made of
Durable Corrugated Plastic, printed Double Sided and include 3/16"
gauge Frame.
